Diffractal-21 is Diffractal-7 modification with number of elements equel to 21.

This diffuser provides a wide range of sound waves with a smoother and saturated character dispersion. Diffracta-21 is often mounted on the rear(back) wall, and thereby increases the amount of space psychoacoustically .

    The system is available in a wide variety of finishes , different species of wood, - it  fits Diffactal well into any decor .

 

   Problematic

There are spaces where the requirements for sound quality are especially high. Concert Halls, Studio Control Rooms, Hi-Fi Listening Rooms , Home Cinema.

In such areas the use of effective diffusing systems are  necessary to ensure the diffusion of sound waves in the broadest spectrum.

   

   Solution

   Diffractal is the first system that provides sound diffusion using fractal philosophy. The panel consists of embedded into each other diffusers, each designed for a specific frequency range , and the system provides a wide range of diffusion without overlaps and overlays the ranges.

   Diffractal consists of two QRD diffusion elements that constitute a system in the diffuser cone. Each diffuser set for uniform dispersion in a certain range of frequencies. Thus, the fractal structure allows to diffuse the broad band of spectrum. Diffractal can be configured to operate in the lower frequency spectrum by additional perforation or embedding into a larger diffuser, resulting in this order fractal of “3’th order”. Application of this design make sense only in large rooms where the distance between the listener and the diffuser is not less than 4 meters.
